[Chris Smith]--Wednesday 7th November

The recent visit by the Sopron Basketball team was a huge success, thanks in no small part to all the adults who helped out with organising the trip and the parents and players who suported he activities and disco. My personal thanks to everyone who took part and helped to raise the profile of Barrow Thorns Junior Basketball Club on the International stage. Chris.

Hi Thorns in case you hadn't heard already, we have U16 and U18 Girls teams from Sopron Basketball Club, Hungary staying with us on 1 - 5 November 2007. Please try and spend some time with them at Hoops to make them feel welcome. On Sunday 4th we have a disco arranged for all Thorns players and families at Barrow Cricket Club, starting at 7.30pm. Tickets available from me, or the Hoops Office.
